What began as a small WhatsApp group of visionary changemakers has grown into a vibrant international network of over 6,000 members representing more than 4,500 organisations across 156 countries.

As part of its continued growth and decentralised approach, Catalyst Now is recruiting interns to support its local chapters and regional coordination teams. About the Internship Role
The Catalyst Now Intern – Local Chapters / Regional Coordination Teams role is designed for individuals who are passionate about social change, collaboration, and global development. Interns will support the coordination, communication, and engagement activities of Catalyst Now’s regional teams, working closely with chapter leads and the global coordination team.
This role provides meaningful exposure to how a global movement operates across regions, offering practical experience in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
While responsibilities may vary depending on region and team needs, interns may be expected to:
- Support coordination and communication among local chapters and regional members
- Assist in organising regional meetings, learning sessions, and collaborative activities
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing efforts
- Support outreach and engagement with social innovators, partners, and stakeholders
- Help maintain databases, contact lists, and collaboration tools
- Assist with content development for newsletters, updates, or community communications
- Support alignment between regional activities and Catalyst Now’s global strategy
Qualifications and Experience
Catalyst Now welcomes applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
