Tittle:Deputy Budget & MIS Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver periodic management reports with clear insights on performance, variances, and trends.
2. Drive profitability and cost-to-serve analysis across products, channels, regions, and customers.
3. Assess pricing, promotions, and trade spend to understand impact on margins and volumes.
4. Monitor selling, marketing, and operating expenses against budget.
5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of General Ledger postings.
6. Track margin performance, flag risks, and partner with Commercial teams on corrective actions.
7. Improve reporting, analysis, and forecasting through automation and process improvements.
8. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
Education/Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finanace/Economics or a business-related field
Professional qualification, such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA or strong progress toward qualification required.
Working Experience: 3-4 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the FMCG or consulting industry.
