Description
- We are seeking energetic and results-driven fresh graduates to join our team as Customer Sales Specialists.
- The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and delivering excellent customer experiences while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for banking products and services
- Promote and sell products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide accurate information on products, features, and benefits
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market outreach, field marketing, and lead generation activities
- Support onboarding of new customers and ensure proper documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business-related fields are an advantage)
- 0 – 1 year experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement
- Basic knowledge of banking products is an added advantage
