Job Description
- As a Sales Executive for Kitchen appliances, your primary role involves driving revenue growth for the company through effective sales strategies while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities include
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through market analysis.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Address client concerns and objections professionally.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate favourable terms and close deals in line with company targets.
Market Research:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve products and services.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
- Prepare sales performance and forecasting reports.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and market demands.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry advancements.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
Meeting Targets:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop strategies to drive business growth.
Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
- Gather customer feedback and promptly resolve concerns to maintain loyalty.
Event Participation:
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- And perform all duties and exercise authority as may be assigned or delegated occasionally.
