Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain banking applications and systems.
- Manage infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and protect critical systems.
- Support business units by translating requirements into IT solutions.
- Drive agile processes, product delivery, and project execution.
- Provide troubleshooting, testing, and technical support.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.
Junior Roles (2–3 years)

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of IT/software development or support experience.
- Strong foundation in programming, databases, or IT support.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Intermediate Roles (3–5 years)
- Software Developer
- DevOps Engineer
- Systems Administrator
- Network Administrator
- Business Analyst
- UX/UI Designer
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Proficiency in software development, DevOps, or systems/network administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS, CCNA, ITIL) are an advantage.
Senior Roles (6+ years)
- Senior Software Engineer
- Solution Architect
- Cybersecurity Specialist
- Cloud Architect
- Product Manager
- Scrum Master
- Project Manager
Requirements:
- 6+ years of IT leadership or specialized technical experience.
- Expertise in software engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or certifications (PMP, CISSP, TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Programming Languages (Java, Python, C#, SQL).
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of Cybersecurity Practices.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
