Job Title: CROWN State Focal Person
Location: Katsina
Our client is seeking to engage a suitably qualified professional to provide technical leadership, strategic coordination, and community engagement to support the implementation of the CROWN initiative and improve maternal and child health outcomes in Katsina State.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CROWN activities.
- Drive community engagement to improve ANC, facility delivery, and PNC uptake.
- Coordinate and manage community volunteers and CROWN champions.
- Engage government, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities, document outcomes, and submit progress reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in community engagement, program coordination, and project management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health or a related health field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the health sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, including government engagement.
- Excellent communication, reporting, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
