Job Title: Growth & Partnerships Lead
Location: Abuja FCT
Reports to: General Manager / Country Operations Lead
Role Summary
Build rider demand for ProTaxi and develop partnerships that generate consistent trip volume and repeat usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Abuja launch and customer acquisition plan.
- Manage digital acquisition campaigns and channel performance.
- Drive rider sign-ups, first rides and repeat usage.
- Build partnerships with hotels, businesses, embassies, travel operators and corporate organisations.
- Develop corporate transportation accounts.
- Coordinate launch campaigns, activations and referral programmes.
- Track customer acquisition cost, first-ride conversion and repeat rate.
- Gather market and customer feedback and work with operations/product teams to improve adoption.
Ideal Profile
3-5 years in consumer growth, mobility, fintech, marketplaces or consumer apps. Must be comfortable executing campaigns directly, analysing performance and developing commercial partnerships.
Monthly Compensation: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 |
