Role Summary
Provide first-line support to ProTaxi riders and drivers, ensuring that questions, complaints and trip-related issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to rider and driver enquiries across phone, chat, email and other support channels.
- Resolve first-line issues relating to trips, payments, accounts, bookings and the ProTaxi app.
- Escalate technical, safety, payment and operational issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure customers receive timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with Operations and the ProDevs product team.
- Support riders who have difficulty using the app or completing a booking.
Monthly Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
