About the Program
- The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program is a 4-month (July – October) program designed to connect early-career African women with experienced mentors. This program aims to provide guidance, support, and a platform for skill development, fostering a community of growth and empowerment. Program Structure includesone-on-one mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions, and an opportunity to work on a Capstone Project.

Eligibility
- Must be a National of any African country
- Must have at least an undergraduate degree
- Have 0-3 years working experience
- Must be between 18 – 29 years.
- Willingness to commit at least 5- 6 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities.
- Access to internet connection and preferably a laptop.
- Must be resident in an African country.
