Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an urgent hire, and the ideal candidate will hit the ground running, bringing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition and grow our marketing numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ User Acquisition: Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve aggressive user acquisition targets for the 3ribe App.
✓ Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
✓ Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, and scale high-impact campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and TikTok.
✓ Referral Programs: Design and implement referral and loyalty programs to boost organic growth.
✓ Content Strategy: Work with content teams to create engaging, user-centric content that aligns with marketing goals.
✓ Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, community groups, and other brands to drive brand visibility.
✓ A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with creative, messaging, and targeting to maximize ROI.
✓ Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to deliver optimal results.
Requirements
✓ Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or similar role in a tech or fintech company.
✓ Strong track record of driving user acquisition and scaling digital marketing campaigns.
✓ Expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, and email marketing.
✓ Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Amplitude.
✓ Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
✓ Exceptional communication and project management skills.
✓ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
