Role : Sale Executive DOC
JOB DESCRIPTION:
✓ Sales of DOC chicks.
✓ To coordinate presale meeting for booking, setting and sales of DOC.
✓ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, particularly in animal welfare and biosecurity.
✓ Furnish NSM and team members with regular market information
✓ Generation of reports on the sales and after-sales activities to the management.
✓ Identify and engage potential customers in the poultry sector, including farms, distributors, and retailers.
✓ Drive sales of day-old chicks through various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and distributors.
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
✓ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
✓ Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
REQUIREMENT:
✓ B.SC in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Sales & Marketing, or any related field.
✓ Minimum of 3-5 years of DOC sales experience.
✓ Good computer skills including knowledge of MS office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
✓ In-depth knowledge of the poultry industry, particularly in the supply and sale of day-old chicks.
✓ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✓ Ability to speak multiple Nigerian language is an added advantage.
