If you can’t call on the spot and they’re insisting they want to take you to the station, let them take you. Abeg make una no argue with who hold gun o. Many of their head no too correct o.
If they demand money and you can afford it, pay, and if they haven’t yet, insist on them taking you to police station. When you get there, be vigilant. Watch the office they take you to. Watch out for any identifying features of the police, like scars, tags, marks, etc. Make sure you memorize their faces so you can easily point them out later.
After the torture and extortion, gather your receipts and reach out to the numbers above. The CP has assured me that any police man found wanting, with tangible evidence, will face the full wrath of the law.
