Job Title: Social Media and Graphics Designer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work mode: Onsite (Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm)

Job Summary

• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across all our platforms — Instagram, TikTok, website banners, emailers, print assets, campaign launch creates, motion graphics and product reels.
• This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves design, understands social media trends, and can bring fresh visual ideas to life daily.

Key Responsibilities
Content Design & Branding:

• Design daily social media posts (static, carousel, stories).
• Create campaign graphics for events, promos, holidays and product launches.
• Ensure all content aligns with Klick brand colours, tone and visual identity.
• Design website banners, pop-ups, landing page graphics and email newsletter assets. Motion & Video Editing
• Create reels, motion graphics, animated assets and simple product videos.
• Edit raw footage into high-quality reels (transitions, captions, trendy audio).
• Design animated templates for recurring content (book of the week, toys, campaigns, etc.).
• Produce fun and playful video content that connects with parents.

Product & Campaign Creative:

• Create product spotlights, flat-lay graphics, and campaign ads.
• Support marketing team with visuals for influencer campaigns and UGC.
• Design printable assets for events, invites, posters, kids’ activity sheets, etc.

Brand Consistency:

• Maintain a strong visual identity across all platforms.
• Ensure design quality meets Klick’s creative standards.
• Work closely with founders and marketing team for quick turnarounds.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/Ager Effects) OR Canva + CapCut
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and reels creation is a MUST.
• Strong sense of colour, layout, typography and social media aesthetics.
• Ability to execute tasks quickly with attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media trends, parenting/lifestyle content is a plus.
• Creative thinker with ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio with examples of reels, motion content and branded design work.

Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 monthly.
