Abelinis Limited is an award-winning experiential marketing and project intelligence agency in Nigeria. Incorporated in 2007, the company specializes in brand activations, events, sales promotions, and production, helping major brands drive customer engagement and field execution.

We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Field Executive

Locations: Ekiti, Kano, Lagos and Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned volume and coverage targets.
• Execute planned market visits and ensure effective coverage of assigned outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and outlets.
• Drive product availability, visibility and quality in-store execution.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support customer development.
• Negotiate effectively and influence customer decisions to drive sales growth.
• Monitor marketactivities and provide relevant market intelligence.
• Ensure accurate capture of sales and customer information using digital sales tools.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on market activities and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / NCE; HND/B.Sc.
• Previous experience in sales, FMCG or field marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Good territory management and commercial awareness.
• Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with digital sales tools and mobile applications.
• Must be willing to work extensively in the field.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
