JOB PURPOSE
- The Assistant Research Manager, Channel Performance, supports the end-to-end delivery of retail audit and channel performance projects, from research design and planning through execution, analysis, reporting, and client presentation.
- The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, strengthening client relationships, and providing actionable business insights that support client decision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of channel performance and retail audit projects.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and help build strong client relationships.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare insightful reports and presentations.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Develop training materials and support field team and client training.
- Contribute to process improvements, innovation, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client and business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistic Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail audit, market research, channel performance measurement, data analytics, or a related field. Experience managing research projects and client relationships.
- Proficiency in Power BI Excel, and data visualization.

- Experience in retail audit, channel performance measurement, and market intelligence.
- Proven ability to analyze consumer and trade data and translate findings into actionable insights.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard
- development and insight generation.
- Experience with large datasets, analytics, Al-driven solutions, and data tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of programming and data analytics tools is desirable.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and de liver high-quality results.
- Power BI, Exceland data visualization tools Experience with FMCG, Retail or Consumer Insights Projects.
