Job Title: Fleet & Driver Operations Manager
Location: Abuja FCT
Reports to: General Manager / Country Operations Lead
Role Summary
Own the day-to-day movement, deployment and utilisation of ProTaxi’s EV fleet and driver network.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle deployment, driver assignments and shift planning.
- Track vehicle utilisation, idle time, trip activity and driver performance.
- Monitor vehicle location, charging status and operational exceptions through the platform.
- Manage driver schedules, vehicle handovers and operational discipline.
- Coordinate accident, breakdown, maintenance and downtime incidents.
- Manage driver performance, complaints and escalations.
- Coordinate vehicle reassignment where drivers exit or underperform.
- Maintain operating dashboards covering utilisation, downtime and driver productivity.
- Work closely with the EV & Charging Operations Lead to maximise fleet availability.
Ideal Profile
4-6 years in ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, transport or fleet management, with hands-on responsibility for drivers and vehicles. Abuja market knowledge is preferred.
Monthly Compensation: ₦500,000 – ₦650,000
