The organization is currently preparing for its official launch and focuses on providing practical health insurance education, as well as affordable healthcare planning tips for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and growing families.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Kano
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant educational qualifications and professional experience.
- Willingness to work onsite, in the field or under approved hybrid arrangements, depending on the role.
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, financial services, sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
