Job Title: Asset, Credit & Finance Manager
Location: Abuja FCT
Reports to: General Manager / Country Operations Lead
Role Summary
Own the financial controls around ProTaxi’s vehicle portfolio, including driver qualification, vehicle repayment, settlements, arrears and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer driver credit and qualification criteria.
- Verify guarantors, income, references and required documentation.
- Approve or recommend drivers before vehicles are assigned.
- Track repayment performance and arrears for every vehicle.
- Initiate early recovery actions where repayment performance deteriorates.
- Maintain a per-vehicle P&L covering acquisition cost, revenue, energy, maintenance, insurance and downtime.
- Reconcile driver settlements and platform transactions.
- Manage basic payroll, payments and operating reconciliations.
- Produce weekly portfolio and financial reports.
- Work with external accountants and legal advisers where necessary.
Ideal Profile
5+ years across asset finance, lending, leasing, credit operations or finance operations. Vehicle finance experience is a strong advantage. ICAN/ACCA qualification or progress toward qualification is desirable.
Monthly Compensation: ₦500,000 – ₦650,000
